Sales success leads to a soaking

This month PRE-staff are being rewarded in a unique way for working hard to reach their weekly sales targets. Each week a different manager has been nominated to receive a super-soaking and the PRE team can throw water balloons and buckets of cold water over the nominated manager if weekly sales targets are met…now that’s what we call an incentive!

This has proved to be a great motivator for our sales team, as, so far, they have met and exceeded targets for both the first and second weeks of July.

The first unlucky manager to get soaked was European Financial Controller, Anco.

The team then went on to absolutely smash the sales target of week two! This time everyone soaked Head of Sales, Malcolm.
